Quick and Easy dried apples

Dried apples:


Cut core from an apple


slice with knife or slicing machine


Coat in about 1/2 tsp coconut oil


sprinkle cinnamon on top


bake on a baking sheet for about 20-30 minutes or until desired dryness:) <<< I don't think that's a word.
Whatevs:)

Best Shake Ever!!!

1/4 blender, nutri bullet or magic bullet full of ICE


Eyeballing Amount:)


Spinach
Apple
Strawberries
Blue Berries
Ripe banana


Make sure to chop the fruit a little, It will blend nicer. 


Blend your creation.  Add more ice if needed, depending on how thick you like your shakes.


Top with cinnamon and unsweetened coconut shavings.

flourLESS pancakes!!!

   These are amazing!!! At least to me:) <<< don't be mad at me if you don't like them.  Im the type of person who is mad when people but disgusting recipes online, so let me warn you, in my opinion they are DELICIOUS!


    Here's what you do:
 
Mash a ripe banana- for 1 serving I used 1/2 ripe banana


Add egg- I just used 1



Add Almond butter- I added about 2 Tbsp


Mix and cook like normal pancakes:)
Sorry about the vague measurements, just make an educated guess.


Top with almond butter, peanut butter, berries, etc
     My toppings: Almond butter, strawberries, coconut

Food Blog???

     So lately I've been way into healthy recipes thanks to my Aunt Laurel. 
 She issued a challenge to me that if I can help her lose 12 lbs by the end of summer then she will give me 500$ and every lb after that I get and extra 25$.  Pinterest has been AWESOME! And has helped me come up with ideas of meals not only to make for her, but things I can enjoy too.
      My eating situation is complicated due to health reasons.  I pretty much eat the candida diet, for those of you who don't know what that is its essentially gluten free and dairy free, oh and I avoid sugar too:)  I know a lot of you are thinking, " WHAT DO YOU EAT!?" 
Actually I eat a lot of things>>> Its just actual food:)  I have also just learned about this program called whole 30 where you only eat whole foods for 30 days. Im sure I'll end up doing it at some point in my life, just for fun. Look it up, its a really cool idea.
      SOOO I think im going to start posting daily (hopefully:) food ideas of random things I make.  Because who doesn't love some new food ideas???????
