The drive to Powell was nice because I took a Dramamine and was pretty much knocked out the whole ride. I got in some much needed zzz! We made a stop at The Hole in the Rock gas station and this is where the drama began. Preston, Corbin (friend), Christian and I were looking at the sun glasses and Preston turns the rack and a pair falls off popping one of the lenses out. Corbs easily puts it back in. The lady managing the counter flips a wig at Preston telling him he has to pay for them and take responsibility for his actions like she teaches her children and that this is why America is so corrupt. My Fathers response to that is, " Well I guess America needs more people like you." My Mother starts arguing with her.
In all of the commotion Grandpa takes a look at the " broken" glasses on the counter and says, " I've needed a pair of new sun glasses. How do they look?" So... He ends up buying them, for the reduced price along with a soda and candy bar- typical! But get this, the Lady only charges him like 94 cents for the soda and candy. Look who's feelin bad now! Ha! It was interesting.
Once we get to the Lake its all hands on deck to unload our weeks worth of crap. I went in the packed ski boat with grandma and grandpa. The rest of the story can be told through, yet again, my millions of pics I took...Ready??
We started off the day super sleep deprived. We were all packing and getting sweaty in our church clothes! Gross! Of course Mom was the one who had to get on the roof of the car:)

Poor Grandma couldn't ski this year. She is AMAZING though! We made sure to invent some ways for her to participate. We even made up a new sport- mini paddle tubing. Grandma and I were on the paddle board with the V rope wrapped around it hooked to the wave runner. It was waayyy fun!
When dad takes over my paddle board, this means war!!!
Some cool shots I got throughout the week!
Hiking!!! It was hard but definitely worth it:)
